Project description: The MN Department of Administration Real Estate & Construction Services (RECS) plans to have five buildings and two small storage sheds demolished, along with surrounding sidewalks, roads, paved areas, and two 30,000-gallon underground storage tanks on the former Cambridge Direct Care and Treatment Center located at 1425 East Rum River Drive South in Cambridge, MN (the Site). Four unoccupied townhomes and their paved access will remain. An additional access road will be constructed, and existing roads will be updated. Electricity to the townhomes will be rerouted from one of the demolished buildings, and new metering will be installed to accommodate their needs. Following demolition, former building footprints will be graded and restored.

Project description: The proposed project consists of the conversion of an old resort into an RV park. The proposed RV park will be comprised of 47 sites within 16.6 acres. Sewer and water will be provided to each of the proposed sites along newly constructed roads. Existing buildings from the old resort will be removed from site during the construction phase.

Project description: This 2024 AUAR update incorporates changes to the end-use development plan that have occurred for the Site since the previous AUAR was completed in 2007. The current plan includes the development of low-density residential units in contrast to the mixture of low- and medium-density residential and commercial space previously proposed. The Project Area now encompasses 192 acres of yet to be developed land in the southwestern part of Savage in the SW 1/2 of Section 31, T115N, R21W of Scott County, Minnesota. Notice of Public Hearings and Availability of Environmental Assessment (TL-24-232) - Forks-Rost 161 kV Transmission Line Project
Notice description: PUC Docket #: ET6675/TL-24-232 OAH Docket #: 5-2500-40519 PLEASE TAKE NOTICE that the Minnesota Public Utilities Commission (Commission) will hold public hearings on ITC Midwest LLC's (applicant) application for a route permit for the Forks to Rost switching station Southwest of the City of Lakefield and an approximately 8.5 mile long 161 kilovolt (kV) transmission line from the new Rost substation to the new Forks Switching station in Jackson County, Minnesota. The public hearings will be presided over by the Honorable James Mortenson. The Minnesota Department of Commerce (Department) will issue an environmental assessment (EA) for the project on May 1, 2025. The EA is available on the MN Department of Commerce website, and on the eDockets webpage, docket #ET6675/TL-24-232.
