Strategies for Managing Burnout and Growing Capacity in Water Utilities

Join the Maine Water Utilities Association (MWUA), Maine Drinking Water Program (DWP), and Maine Public Utilities Commission (PUC) for a day of learning and networking.


Specialists from the DWP and PUC will share ways to increase the technical, managerial and financial capacity of your water utility.  Discussion will include grant opportunities, asset management, considerations for the useful life of drinking water infrastructure, capital improvements, keeping up with increasing costs, considerations on staffing, and associated issues.
