The Strong Foundations Planning team is beyond excited to welcome you all to the LASO Cycle 3 Strong Foundations Planning Grant cycle serving school year 2025-2026. This grant is shaped around TEA’s dedication to deeply understand where each of your districts are now and how you would like to reach your instructional vision when building an instructional framework. Over the next two months your most important focus is on selecting an approved provider to partner and contract with. Great news, we have many resources to support districts during this time. • Submit executed Contract with an Approved Provider of Choice: Please begin browsing the list, videos and resources of Approved Providers, that support Strong Foundations Planning here - Choosing an Approved Provider. The deadline to have chosen an Approved Provider is 5/16/25
• You will upload your executed contract to your district’s individual Google Drive folder by 5/16 and complete the LEA & AP Executed Contract Submission Form. Your google folder link was included in your LEA’s Supplemental Award Letter, emailed to your LEA Point of Contact on 2/24. If you need your Google Folder shared with you again, please reach out to strongfoundations@tea.texas.gov. 

• Required: Your grant leadership team must attend one of the upcoming Strong Foundations Planning LEA Grant Kick-off on Thursday, March 6th or Friday, March 28th.

• Optional: There are optional office hours held each month for your grant leadership to attend and ask questions directly to TEA. The first one will be held on Monday, March 3rd. Here is the link to register for them all.
